For EU customers:
To comply with the new EU Customs Tariff effective from July 1st 2026, an additional import tax of US3.4 (€3) will be added to the total shipping cost of every purchase in Germany, France, Italy and Spain. HAP Models will pay it to the Authority on your behalf once this duty, catalogized as 'handling fee' on our website, is received upon checkout.
Regarding other EU's members, customers will be contacted by their respective local Customs Authority for receiving the same payment before domestic delivery completed. Kindly provide us with your contact details, including the full address, cell phone number and email address to facilitate the Authority's follow up.
For U.S. customers:
Applicable import tariffs will be calculated and paid when the package is lodged with shipping agent prior to departure from the port of origin. The price shown at checkout on our website is the final amount payable.
